[SOLVED] How to permanently change a parameter when booting ?

Hello, thank you for reading me.
My laptop freezes very often after boot at the connection step.
To get rid of this issue I found out a workaround : erasing the word 'quiet' in the line "linux" in the boot instructions set (after 'ro') and it seems to make the trick pretty well each time I erase it before booting.
Now, to avoid doing this at each boot I would like to keep this word 'quiet' erased without having to make the manipulation at each boot and without having to make it again either when a new kernel is updated.
Can someone tell me how ?
Thank you in advance.
Thierry.
