[SOLVED] button "Super" ("Windows"), "minimize all windows"

1. How to do in XFCE to button "Super" ("Windows") opened the program menu, which is located in the lower left corner.
The Distro Is Archlinux.

2. How to do in XFCE, the "minimize all windows" button is similar to Windows 10 (or hotkey).

It is NOT in there because it WILL CONFLICT with Openbox. If you will never use Openbox that is fine then.

"Minimize all windows" - in the screenshot showed a red arrow. It's Windows 10. Similarly, in XFCE, you can configure ArcoLinux?

Also how to assign a hotkey to "minimize all windows"?

CTRL + ALT + D is the button you want.
You can always add elements to the panel at the bottom - this one is called "show desktop".
