[SOLVED] Deepin theming

Post by Brick_Bosworth » Sun Mar 04, 2018 3:04 am

Decided to try out Deepin the other day, and I really loved how snappy and responsive that it was.
The only issue I really found was with themes. My guess is that it is probably do to qt, but all deepin
programs stay white when using dark themes. Anyone have any tips?

You very well may have already found an answer by now..
Would copying deepin's apps from /usr/share/applications over to your ~/.local/share/applications directory help at all?

Edit: Wrong verbiage.

I may be out of luck for the time being. After doing some searching on the net, it appears that the deepin programs have hard coded themes. That may change in the future.

Aww, well that's kind of a bummer:/
