[SOLVED] Compton No Transparency

Post by chm0d » Tue May 08, 2018 12:02 am

I haven't made any changes to compton config and it is set to start by default, but I do not get any transparency at all. I do have the correct driver for my nvidia GTX 1080 as that is shown in lspci -v. I have also killed compton via terminal and ran the same command from the autostart.sh and it doesn't output any errors at all. Am I suppose to have transparency by default with compton or is there something I need to enable?

My apologies Erik. If by system you mean OS version/flavor it is ArcoLinuxD 6.7.1 and Desktop is BSPWM.
